Isolation means a state of being in a place or situation that is separated from others. Isolation can either be physical like physically separated from others or emotional like being ignored in a society. Isolated person experiences loneliness or low-esteem. He/she starts to think that their life isn't of any value in this world, worst case could be that they try to suicide to end their pain. People don't understand the value of life, they are no one to judge the value of someone's life.

Some people enjoy to be isolated and to be honest it's a great thing to be alone for a while. It's like, we get time to spend with ourselves to understand who we truly are, self love is a thing you know. That's why it's important to spend some time alone but not forever. When you stay isolated for more than a certain period of time you start to lose your feelings. Once you find how peaceful and beautiful it is to be isolated from others and you start to get the hold of it trust me, you won't ever want to meet with any one again. But it isn't the right thing to do because this isn't the true meaning of life according to me. 

According to me life is something that should be lived with emotional bonds, we must make memories with our loved ones, fulfill our dreams, have fun with friends and also be always kind to others. Well being isolated breaks that ambition of ours to have emotional bonds, we start to think that we are fine on our own and we don't need anymore special people in our life. This is the most dangerous disadvantage of being isolated. Other than that isolation also causes some mental health problems, anxiety, etc, etc. 

There are many factors which can cause isolation for us like:

1) Loss of loved ones

2) Mental health conditions

3) Living alone

4) Being looked down by the society

5) Being bullied 

6) Physical and mobility impairments

7) Failures

8) Depression and too much negativity

9) many more other things

In simple words, if you can control your amount of isolation then trust me it's an amazing strength because it helps you to develop yourself but if you can't control your isolation then trust me, you need some really urgent help.

Make friends, hang out with them, get involved in some kind of sports to keep yourself physically and mentally fit. Enjoy your life, time passed won't ever come back that's why use it in the way which won't make you regret it. Take care of yourself, this world isn't some kind of wonderland, it's quite close to pure chaos. You are for yourself and not for others that's why don't care what others say, do whatever you like. Keep your life perfectly balanced because that's how everything should be.

Let's try to change this world together and make it a better place for every living being. We can do it if we really want to, that's why let's get to work.
