 How To Gain Trust Of People

Gaining someone's trust or trusting someone, in today's world both are quite a difficult task because you don't know who's gonna backstab you. But why in the first place do we even care about someone else's trust on us. I mean why do we care about someone other than us right? Well the word "trust" carries a huge weight.

Trust is an important and tender aspect of all relationships because it requires us to choose to be vulnerable and courageous. When we have learned to distrust someone, it's usually because we've come to understand that what we share with them or what's important to us is not safe with that person. 

Trust is not only built in relationships, it's something which carries a huge importance in our daily life. Like in our work, your family doctor, the same shop from which you buy your stuff, anywhere you are expecting anything from someone other than you, trust is required otherwise why would you buy it. 

For example- people won't hesitate to buy stuff from Amazon because it has our trust and on the other hand if there's any other xyz website people will obviously hesitate to buy.

Alright so now, basically how do you earn someone else's trust? True trust isn't something you can gain in a day or two. You gotta prove your worthiness. It takes years for someone to develop their trust on someone else but only a moment to break that trust away. Well, to build up true trust-

1) Become a friend to that person

2) Be honest

3) Let your words & thought process match

4) Stop Blaming

5) Be as natural as you can

6) Care for each other

7) Make room for change

8) Be reliable

9) Keep each other's secrets secret

10) Admit your mistakes

To prove your trustworthiness you gotta act, that's why act early. Try to figure out each other's mindset and thought process. Always be there to help and never hide your feelings. Just how you work to earn money, you gotta work and prove yourself to earn trust. Being trustworthy is a strength.

Everyone is different in this world that's why you gotta figure out how you are going to work out things on different people. Rest all stuff like how you are going to and in which way you are going to build up someone's trust depends on yourself. You gotta figure that out yourself.

While we would not want to trust someone against our better judgement, trusting is necessary for society to work well and for people to feel safe and secure in their community. This means that we should practice being trustworthy as well as trusting others.

Find a reason for which you think you should exist in this world and in the process try to become the reason for which others too should exist. The choices of your life lie in your own hands and that's why don't be scared to act in the way you want to. You are in this world to satisfy yourself, not to satisfy others.
