Alright so, what does crying even means? Basically we shed tears from our eyes, we cry in both sad moments as well as happy moments. So now the question is why do we cry? According to the situation our body itself induces an urge to cry and then we just start crying. It's a natural response of our body and we mostly cry when we experience extreme ranges of emotion.

To be honest, I love to cry. It helps me feel relaxed and calm. Emotions are the thing which makes us human, I agree that all other animals too have emotions but here we are talking about ourselves. I'll share my experience.

When I cry, I get to understand the importance of things, worth of our life and stuff like that. Ever asked yourself that what we are and why we are? Crying made me approach certain things and situations in various different ways at the same time. It made me understand the meaning of worth, developed my mind-set, thought process, problem solving, way of talking and all stuff like that. 

You actually feel that you've become a different person than what you were before. From what I think, the people who conquer sadness, come one step closer to being a good human. Emotions is a double-sided sword, it either kills you or it helps you to kill your problems and face them up. It's a strength which everyone possesses but only a few know how to use it. That's why the choice is upto you, either you use it to play the world or the world uses it to play you.

Don't hold back and let your emotions flow. It isn't good to hold on to negative mindset and negative feelings, that's why it's worth to let it all out and feel good so that you can prepare yourself for the upcoming challenges. Every passing second is past and every new second is a new moment and every new moment is a new challenge.

In the end I'd like to say that crying helps you feel better. It's good to cry atleast once in a while to let out those negative emotions inside you and cherish the worth of your life. It's something, the worth of which we only understand when it's about to run out. That's why value your emotions. It's healthy to cry. 

Not to mention that there's a limit for everything. If you cry too much then it's not good for your health. If you think that you're not able to face some things in your life and they are too heavy for you to hold alone then don't keep it to yourself, share it with your family and trustworthy friends. We are in this world to enjoy and make lots of memories while taking care of each other. We gotta care about people around us. Just be kind and be who you are.

Time is something which is going to end for every single one of us. All of us are going to run out of time at some point in our life. Yes, it's pretty sad but it's the truth. All of us are going to leave this world someday. It really makes me cry that someday we will just vanish from this world and we won't even know that we are dead, we won't know what happened to our loved ones after that, how the world progresses, etc. That's why try to live a happy and regretless life which you've dreamed of. Fulfill your dreams, make lots and lots of memories with your loved ones and enjoy as much as you can. Just try to understand the true value of life yourself and you'll be good to go.
