Alright so, what's the meaning of mutual understanding? It means that we as a living organism understand each other well. It's like a relation of affinity and harmony between everyone. Now I won't limit mutual understanding only to human beings because no matter what anyone says, animals and some other living organisms too have consciousness and feelings.

Mutual understanding creates a shared meaning among everyone for different things. It creates a bond of thought processes and acceptance among everyone. It's like, separated by bodies and united by mindset. It's actually very difficult to come across people like that in your life but obviously, it isn't impossible. 

Once a community arrives at mutual understanding, they start to tune themselves according to each other in order to search for deeper meaning of things to clear the road for new possibilities. Let it be the field of science, sports, literature and other stuff. Mutual understanding is something which is of great importance in our day to day life if we're aiming for something big and unique in our life. 

Mutual understanding isn't a talent, it's a skill. It's not like people are born with it, they hone their skills themselves and also if you're into things which require teamwork. Then trust me, until and unless you have a great sense of mutual understanding, nothing's gonna work out. Not only you are supposed to have a great sense of it, everyone in the team is supposed to understand the true meaning and feel of it.

What is a team? It's just a group of people working together, then why it is called with a special term "team"? That's because those people aren't just random people. They mutually understand each other, they accept each other as whosoever they are and share a common aim or objective. It's not easy to find people like that. 

Most of the place where this term "team" is used aren't actually teams. They are just random people working on something. Team is a very specific term and it carries a very deep and heavy meaning with it. Well making a team is a different thing and then making that team successful is a different thing. Successful teams tend to be successful because they're more than just a bunch of individuals who happen to be working together, their relationships, their direction and their ways of working and collaborating together means that the whole becomes greater than the sum of its parts. Emotional bonding in a team is very important if you want to achieve something extraordinary.

Remember that people share meanings and thought process in mutual understanding and also not to mention that mutual understanding doesn't come without mutual respect. It's not just a commitment it's an acceptance, dedication and passion which will drive you towards a lovely future.

In the end, there's too much to do and learn in this world and our life might be a bit short to do so. It's ok to give breaks to yourself. Spend time with yourself, your loved ones, try to understand people around you. Make many beautiful memories with your loved ones. Care for everyone, have a lot of friends. Enjoy this life as much as you can. Keep on searching for balance between work and enjoyment and choose the one which works the best for you. Keep on developing. Try to live as much of a regretless life as you can. Be as much productive as you can and try to make the most out of your time. Love your life guys, it's the most valuable asset you are ever going to own.
