  Perception Alright so, perception, what does it mean? Perception is the sensory experience of the world. The way in which we interpret, understand and feel things. It’s the  process or result of becoming aware of objects, relationships, events by means of the se nses , which includes such activities as recognising, observing, and discriminating things around us.  As I always say, everyone is different in this world. Everyone has a different mindset, thought process and way of perceiving things. Just think of perception as a lens through which we see the world we live in. Our perception is the reality for us and yes, perceptions keep on changing with time. We believe what we perceive to be accurate, and we create our own realities based on those perceptions. And although our perceptions feel very real, that doesn't mean they're necessarily factual.
