Nature

Nature

Alright so, what comes into your mind when you think of the nature. Probably something which already exists in this world, is not artificially made and is just natural, right? In today’s world when you see around yourself, there’s sliver of a chance that you get to see the nature. There are just buildings, vehicles, pollution in the air and people everywhere. Yeah in rural areas you’ll feel yourself close to the nature but thing’s are different in most of the cities.

It underpins our economy, our society, indeed our very existence. Our forests, rivers, oceans and soils provide us with the food we eat, the air we breathe, the water we irrigate our crops with. We also rely on them for numerous other goods and services we depend on for our health, happiness and prosperity.

One more thing when we’re talking about nature which comes into our mind is its beauty. The beauty of nature is something which calms our mind and soul. The beautiful green trees, clear blue sky, rivers, birds and animals. All of them contributes to the beauty of the nature.

The beauty of nature is a source of motivation and imagination to ourselves. You know as they say, the best view comes after the hardest the climb. Being in nature, or even viewing scenes of nature, reduces anger, fear, and stress and increases pleasant feelings. Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones.

From a stroll through a city park to a day spent hiking in the wilderness, exposure to nature has been linked to a host of benefits, including improved attention, lower stress, better mood, reduced risk of psychiatric disorders and even upticks in empathy and cooperation

And for the imagination and creativity part, nature breaks the rules, as does the creative process in discovering new things. Creativity also thrives with our input. Nature can enhance creative ways of thinking. Nature helps with recharging directed-attention needed when developing ideas. Nature especially plays a role in the Preparation phase and the Incubation phase of the creative process.

Having a good bond with nature is always gonna help you. There’s a strong relation between people and nature. Just like that, nature exists in people too. You know, like we say, that he/she has a good nature.

Nature helps us cope with pain. Because we are genetically programmed to find trees, plants, water, and other nature elements engrossing, we are absorbed by nature scenes and distracted from our pain and discomfort.

When you look in the mirror, you are checking how you appear, what you seem to be, and whether it matches how you feel inside. Thinking about human nature is the equivalent of our whole species looking in the mirror to check its identity. Just as we all react differently to our own reflections in the mirror, the reflection we call human nature is also often disputed.

By definition, human nature includes the core characteristics (feelings, psychology, behaviors) shared by all people. We all have different experiences of the humans in our life, and this is where the disputes begin. Some people will tell you humans are 'good' or 'bad', or 'predators' or 'capable of great kindness.' These views are colored by the influence of the people we know and what our culture and subcultures tell us. The group you are born into will pass on its particular ideas about what makes humans a human.

There are always bad and good times, both are important. Somehow learn to use that experience from your bad days to enjoy your good days even more. Reframe your way of living mentally and physically too. Have the willingness to see things differently. Have compassion for yourself and others too. Be friendly and full of energy.

People around you affect your life a lot. Every person holds a special value in someone else’s life. The power of being able to make someone happy merely just because of your presence is too valuable. That’s why make sure to never misuse it. No matter what happens, never ever leave behind the people who actually care for you because they’re special and valuable.

Not all opportunities are worth waiting. Some of them you just gotta jump and grab because time’s not gonna wait for you. If there’s something that you want and its gonna make you happy, take the risk!!! Because life is too short and happiness is too rare. Don’t hold back on yourself and your happiness.

Alright then guys that's it for today, I hope you enjoyed my blog. See you guys in the next blog and See ya for now :)
